Celebrating the end of Fire Prevention Week, on October 14, the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Department hosted their annual Open House to the public. The RC Fire Department’s purpose for this event is to interact with the community and convey safety information. The main theme for this year was home escape planning.
Throughout the firehouse, there were 25 vendors providing the community with different types of safety tips. They also had games, giveaways, Sparky the Fire Dog, and rescue demonstrations.
