  • 1 lb pasta
  • 2 oz olive oil
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1/2 cup tomato
  • 1/4 cup radish
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives
  • 2 sticks chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano
  • salt and pappers
  • Feta cheese for garnish
  • 8 oz dressing

Creamy Red Wine Dressing

  • 1 cup labne
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tspn ground black pepper
  • sea salt to taste
